Any of u guys observe if thr r any high tension wires nearby our ekocheras project? The SA told me thr r none but I hv not been to d project site b4 so I cant verify what she told me is true. Any taikors can comment on this?

so far they have been consistent in their answer regrading this matter. internal managed to rent out only. last checked with them when i went over to sign S&P.

Underatand fr developer the 1st n 2nd floor units of block J & H will be asked to surrender their units 4 d mall. In exchange  they will b give.n bumi units. This mall is still pending approval. D initial planned office lots r now converted 2 retail lots. It will b an open walkway with a covered transparent glass roof like publika. There is also a 4-storey mall which takes up level 1 & 2 of the soho units of block j&h. All in retail space is a gross area of 1.2m sq ft and net lettable area of 0.8m sq ft. Ekovest is hiring worldwide renown mall designer to advice on tenant mix of d mall as they want 2 rival malls like sunway mall and tropicana mall.
