Hi daikors here.. restful kor was right.. there is 1 letter for the freebies.. my unit has 3 airconds n cabinet n etc etc.. however forgot to ask for further details.. paiseh.. hmm I also signed a letter of consent.. where developer seeks consent in the case if they wan to convert 2-4th floor into lifestyle mall.. not confirmed yet but juz sign the letter of consent.. paid remaining 3% - 10k n also loam stamp duty around 3k.. those documents really killing..

there u go all the daikors here.. "where developer seeks consent in the case if they wan to convert 2-4th floor into lifestyle mall.." coz initially the developer only plans to do retail shops.. but they may convert it into lifestyle mall now.. so the developer nits our blessings to do it if it does happen in the future.. |
