Today. That's like 2 months already. I would expect you to have received a copy of the documents you signed. Maybe you should give them a call and find out from them?

Yep, took 2 weeks leave to come back for CNY and sign the SPA etc. Will be flying back tonight already so will have to rely on you guys for EkoCheras info in the future lol

Btw they have shut their sales office in Cheras already to make way for the building process.

Hope everyone had a good CNY break.

Well to be honest, I don't think anyone would be able to foresee what's gonna happen in the future and so any opinions are purely based on guessing. It's an untested market for Cheras particularly for such high end Soho units. One of the benefits of a Soho unit is the option to turn it into an office which is a plus for someone who's looking to start a small business.

That said, in my own personal opinion, I think these units are quite attractive even for residential stay. With easy access to MRT, good security, close proximity to KL, gym facilities, lifestyle mall etc. , I would be more than happy to rent one of these to stay if I can afford to. So the big question mark would be, how much will the Cheras residents be willing to pay for these facilities?

No. The remaining units in Block E are the only ones left.

Block N will be converted to a hotel.

I posted the sales chart earlier this month so not sure of the current status now. But I reckon prices wouldn't have moved much so you can use this as a benchmark.
