It means current blr of 6.60% will increase to 6.85%. And if u borrow at blr-2.40%, ur borrowing rate will b 4 45% pa.

I invested in other projects. But i noticed ekocheras is having the most subsale even b4 S&P is signed. And comes with a rm15-rm20k fee. Not bad for such a high dense project..

HSR and RTS is in track for completion in 2020. HSR will add value to d mrt projects as there r linkages between them. I m not sure whr d link is yet at which station..

When i signed my s&p, the SA told me they r planning 2 stamp d S&P beginning Jan 14..

I saw my carpark lot no in d s&p. Its in B1 just oppossite d lift. According 2 Joe Wong, the higher the floor u purchase, the developer will allocate a carpark higher up ie B1 & also nearer to d lift to reduce d walking distance 4 d owner.

Ya, i heard he is employed to head hunt the key anchor tenants to fill the mall. The composition of tenants for d mall is a key successful factor.

I visited a mall in Cheras called 1 Shamelin mall during last weekend. It is a dead mall with hardly any retailers inside. I sure hope Ekomall will do better than this.

Personally as an investor i dont mind ekochers is a SOHO whr 70% occupants r doing business. Makes d place easier to rent n hopefully can get rm2,500 rental pm.
