Unlike some developer ... last phase price is cheaper than 1st phase .... those 1st phase purchaser die liao! !!!

dont think will be cheaper. i think the mall is quite firm already, so i assume that the price can only go upwards.....

A Chinese SJk© school will be moving to tmn tayton soon which is so near to Ekocheras.... :-)

It sounds great but l was wondering if Tmn Tayton still have any land reserved for school... Plus there is also sjkc conaught next garden. Understand the school next taman is full.

It is indeed a good news as Cheras is really short of Chinese school.
Newspaper does not mention the exact location.
Tayton still got land but quite inside

Ekc potential demographic doesnt really connect with srjkc...ekc duplex or studio are not for family with kids. It is yuppies heaven.

The office tower will be for sale, registration for interest open

The last row of shoplot behind the mall kept by ekovest. Plan is to set up some sort of wai sek kai/food heaven

Block E still have 40 units unsold, seems like moving pretty slowly
