For BlkE, at least sauna room, playground and multipurpose hall are listed in both SnP and DMC

Any taikor has the artist impression of block e entrance? There are still some unir left of the top few floor for 820 sqft unit.

Looks like Block E entrance is at the back (see the arrow sign) because the front is too near to the MRT track

Hi Capital Bro, ya only 1 bathroom is a bit weird. That means there are more space for living or bedroom. For small family still OK, but most people would prefer 2 bathroom.

4 years is a long time wait, looking forward Malaysia economy especially property market will be very challenging. Not sure how much capital gain ekocheras would get 4 years later.

My opinion is to register for both loan rejection and bumi release units.
I am not sure if the discount still valid by then but at least no harm to register.
