Joe wong, head of sale & marketing has a KLCC view unit at Block H level 28. He has a higher floor than me in block H.

Susanna lim panel lawyer mentioned that majority of buyers buy 4 own stay..which is v good. So less competition 5 d investors who want to flip in 5 year's time.

The condo blocks sitting on top of tropicana hv mostly tripled in price since their launching prive n they r not even close to the mrt / lrt. Even apts on top of pavillion in kl city has more than doubled in price. If ekomall. Is well managed with gpod tenant mix, n connected 2 mrt, what do other taikors think?

The restaurant will shift out after cny, followed by rest of the shops. Machines are already on the site. By the time they clear the ground excavate 3 levels for the basement carpark, it could be dec 2014 n dats when u will b billed ur second 10%.

Developer has confirmed that they have scrapped the DIBS scheme AND also removed the 7% discount for non DIBS package. New buyers now have to pay FULL price without dibs n without any discount. Rationale is developer is submitting their enlarged 1.2 million sq ft shopping mall and hotel plan to DBKL for approval. There is insider info that DBKL approval is imminent. Hence the 316 room block N will not be launched, which reduces the number of residential units by 20%. With the substantial reduction of residential units, the developer has decided to remove dibs AND the 7% discount. This fulfills my earlier prediction that the remaining unsold units (namely block E) will enjoy a substantial paper gain when block N is scrapped.

No public announcement of the enlarged mall & hotel until DBKL aporoval is obtained. But developer is confident they will obtain approval, hence the removal of d 7% discount. The removal of dibs and 7% is confirmed.

The mall will be VPed 12 months b4 the residential units. During the 12 months, ekovest wilI b filling it up with anchor tenants n other retailers. By the time service apts r VPed, the shopping mall will be up & running and ready to serve the residents.
