Hong leong already started KLIBOR mortgage loan

I invested in other projects. But i noticed ekocheras is having the most subsale even b4 S&P is signed. And comes with a rm15-rm20k fee. Not bad for such a high dense project..

Lol.. Ekocheras got transaction even before SPA.. N demand so.strong even till now... What happening now most likely will be the same 4 years later maybe with greater magnitude..

Compare to other projects nearby MRT such as velocity and Amaya, do you think it's better to buy Amaya now for 700psf?

I would personally prefer Ekocheras than Amanya not only due to freehold title vs leasehold title. In fact Amanya is a standalone project and the facility is so so only. Also it needs a walking distance to Velocity as it is not part of Velo project. However Ekocheras even tower E is within the compound area and able to enjoy the facility ie shopping mall and movie cinemas.
