Like these 2 facing. Dislike facing MRT. Noisy.

Whether is Worth or not solely based on personal preference. Klcc view n mrt view both have advantages n disadvantages. Depends on how you sell it.

Signed SPA today

Glad that car park quite close to lift

Saw many boxes of signed SPA at office

Block E still have maybe 40 units available, surprising that quite a number of above 1000 sq ft units at low floor still available

Huh? Why ? What the logic? If no body rent then rental drop n when rental drop property price also drop
Appreciation of high-rise much depends on the Max rental can fetch. higher better!

Of course no rental demand will leave to price drop.

The logic path where l am exploring, is that own stay will reduce the supply for tenants.
When supply is reduced, rental fee tend to go up if demand for rental is there.

It's a supply demand view from a different angle.

Oh if like this true true but look at it the layout where 1 bed is form of majority
From what we see investor should be more than own stay..

A project within walking distance to MRT and two shopping malls can be successful with probably only 50% own stay and another 50% under investment, which are rented out or waiting to flip

I read from EkoSky forum they had a group drop-out. Reason non-dibs only get 3% discount. Not sure What's the latest.now . But deep down I thought they should consider ekocheras. Especially now there are still remaining units left at blk E.

As ekovest will be the main con for ekocheras, they will have good control and enjoy higher margin compared to outsource

So they should give quality materials to us lah...
