Susanna lim panel lawyer mentioned that majority of buyers buy 4 own stay..which is v good. So less competition 5 d investors who want to flip in 5 year's time.

I know 2 SA's unit address. Both r in block H n facing KLCC view.

Can see klcc ? Block E block almost the whole view ....
Unless your unit is higher than Block E otherwise I advise not hope so much

Ekovest staff buy high floor of bloch H with klcc view. Their floors r all above block E. Dey hv unobstructed view of klcc.

Good for them as sa got staff price... Those block e buyer who want klcc view definitely need to pay lot premium to be over bloc. E. how high is block E?

But don't forget block H is with an angle...
Where those so called unit klcc view is north west....
But does anyone of you know where is KLCC from block H?

My premium here means u need to pay more so that your unit higher than Block E to enjoy klcc view la.

You don't like near block N n you don't like noise it seems like as if u have a lot of choice.

But don't force yourself if you don't like
