I wonder how the business owner there survive. I am a retail business owner in SCM
Not really good business as like what Babizz say "spending power". People here won't spent here as they prefer spend in KL or PJ. Need time on adjust their mindset n spending habits. Of course I wish people there spend but it's a challenge haha |

Went there check out today, the place build up not bad, but the unit filling in very slow, if they don't have interesting shop to attract people and just simply push in all the cloths and shopping brand this place will turn in to dead zone cause setia alam mall already cover that.

Is the residential suite a good deal? Over 600 hundreds u its and developer offer GRR commitment for 4 years, if every owner go for GRR then in the end the whole building is for AirBnB?

The topic had been quiet for while. I've just come across this project - Sunsuria Forum Residential, few questions from my mind and if anyone can share the opinion will be great. 1) Residential block comes with 41 floors (exclude parking) and 14 units per floor, does it consider high density? 2) 568 unit share with 5 lift only, is this normal? Usually, I thought is about 50~60 units per lift by design. 3) Due to MCO and the take-up rate in boulevard walk (Village Grocery) seems to be a bit slow, any thought it will be better in the next 3~4 years? 4) There seems isn't be a new commercial plan (I could be wrong) in the future in Setia Alam, is it a wise choice to invest in high rise in SA? If it's not because of Top Gloves, don't say high rise la....landed property rental also gg ah I stay setia alam mostly saw a lot props rent out to top gloves or Roland factory staffs. For this sunsuria, imho going to be the next dead mall don't bash me pls, so far I've been there less than 5fingers only Nothing there also, groceries, Jaya eco ardence better, Lotus cheaper, Lulu the best Restaurant?
