Hi guy, become manager in a hugh MNC before turn 35.. is that faster than average people?

What is the average age of the managers in this kind of big corporate /conglomerate?

In banking industry, many crown the title VP, director, manager before 35 yo easily.

some industries like to grant this title to employees in order to get more biz opportunities.

In MNC, 35 can become director already.
40 can become exec director.
45 can become VP.
