Thinnest case here -- http://www.lelong.com.my/samsung-galaxy-no...4-10-Sale-P.htm

I've used this type with my Note 2 before. Obviously no drop protection but will prevent scratches.

Which is more worthy?
Sandisk Ultra 64 GB 30MB/s (RM180++) or Sandisk Extreme 32GB 80MB/s (RM175)?

This should help.

See the pointed part..The touch screen can't be calibrate and keep jumping here and there. When I touch left part of the keyboard..like I type lol..Some words from qweasdzxc will come out or keep spacing or change language

I've read briefly that magnets (from non-original cases) and screen protectors that are too thick can cause similar problems.

What case and screen protector are you using?

my screen protector is normal not very thick type and i'm using s view cover from samsung..

Try removing the S View cover completely and try the test again. If you are still facing the problem, I guess it's time to visit the service center...

Try this

Dialpad, *#0011# . When you hit the last # a service mode screen automatically appears.

Hit the menu button, then pick Wifi.

On the next screen you'll see a bunch of settings printed, and one big button under "WIFI Power Save Mode". Tap that button to make it say "OFF". Back button your way out. Reboot the phone, then go back into *#0011# -> Wifi to verify that Wifi power save is still off (a bug in earlier Samsung versions defaults this to "on")
*
In a Note 2, the settings stick when you turn it off. In a Note 3 and Mega however, it will turn ON after a reboot.

Hi guys, my friend is having some probs with the mobile data connection on her note 3.

Tried the following:
Toggle mobile data on and off, toggle flight mode, restart phone, switch to wcdma/gsm instead of lte/wcdma/gsm. Still doesnt work.

From what she told, sometimes it appears again after a restart. But that doesn't seem to work now. Any idea on how to solve this?

Maybe she exceeded her quota?

Hmm her limit is 5gb, but not impossible also..

Possibly an issue with her sim card?

Using Maxis?

Check remaining data using *136*9*1#

If the reply shows AOTG package, reply with 01 to go to next page. There you will see your remaining data of your current package.

For DiGi...IDK...

Used to use plastic clear SP then changed to glass. NEVER GOING BACK. rclxm9.gif

Some tips for putting on an SP.
1. Increase the humidity in the area. Use a humidifier or do it near a boiling pot of water. Get nearby the steam.
2. Wipe down the work area with a fairly NEW wet microfiber cloth. Old ones tend to leave some fibers behind.
3. BEFORE removing the protective layer of the SP, wipe down!
4. Wipe down the screen properly. Make completely sure there's no lint.

Or glass sp is it available in any acccessories store? From what i read, most user by it online. If I can get it from any store, it would be easy for me since they can put it on for me.

I tried getting from store. They screwed up the installation. In the end, gave me an unopened unit and ask me DIY. shakehead.gif

does it make the screen less likely to break (increase durability) if dropped?
*
Yup. The thick ones (0.5mm) are better at absorbing impact. The Note 3's digitizer is pretty awesome so it's OK to use a thick one.

The thin ones (like SGP 0.26mm) are less bulky and also a little lighter but won't take as much impact.

Btw, do you guys check the *actual* signal strength when you change the ROM or Modem? The "bars" are not actually a good indicator...

I noticed that in note 3, if you have contact with multiple numbers, I can't set one of the number as default when you dial like swipe from left to right. In my galaxy s3, I can do this when I press longer on the number and set to default. Changing the category to main didn't help as well. One way is put the default number on the 1st row.

Anyone have a better way? I maybe download a contact apps or something.
