What do you mean exchanged or totally new set..?
All SME new set comes with a sealed box. Sealed with a SME blue sticker. If you get an open box..reject it and ask for a sealed box one.

Samsung don't have a 1 to 1 exchange policy. This is not HTC or fruity. You check everything at the shop before you take it it home. Every defect or problem..sent to service centre for repair.

Me want to order SGP Glass..will koyak another RM135...sighh

I actually hate using any SP or casing. But since got Knox'ed then need to jaga the phone condition a bit more.

Am using Commuter..Last time I try Defender on Note2 but too bulky for me. Sell it two days later..lolz

If your Knox still 0x0 and you don't want to root your phone then I suggest you flash other full stock firmware instead of flashing modem only. Mismatch firmware might trigger your Knox to 0x1.

If you don't need root then any latest firmware will do except China..Taiwan or Hong Kong as I never manage to flash successfully on that firmware. You can try UK MJ7 firmware.
