SME E-Warranty registration can ONLY be done by parties appointed by Samsung Malaysia, i.e. sellers. Check with the shop you bought it from. IINM you CANNOT do it on your own.
Back in the S3 days there was someone who could help register E.W, I'm not so sure now.
