I notice Maxis line recently terrible bad!

Every phone is weak line, at least it happen to all my colleague and sometimes during night time the line is terrible, often get G than H+, if permanently switch to H+, it often 1 to 2 bar, but the signal strength is back at morning.

Am on UMobile. Good at night till noon but bad at noon till evening...lolz.

I had read before at XDA, got people having similar issue as yours, I think Samsung change a lot on modem part, after flash to newer ROM, it seems we can't downgrade back to older ROM properly.

no one going for Custom ROM/Kernel?

There are not many custom kernel available as of now, we have only faux kernel and lean kernel. Read some users reported that the kernel is not that stable and cause issues to camera.

It is the same to custom ROM where the choices are very limited. With Xposed and Wanam, you can customize your own ROM without flashing additional custom ROM

You will knocked your Knox if you flash custom rom or kernel.
Previously am using Echoe rom for a short few days.

If you do not wipe data, your frozen apps remain frozen.
Why dun want to use google sync? Its the most reliable backup for contacts.
SMS i use sms backup and restore. Other apps i use TB.
Your download/photo manual copy la to harddisc or pc or send to cloud.
