why not you just mark the both ends of the cables before you braid them together? like using marker pen or sticker. you can always remove them after you finish

anyway, u may choose to beautify your cables by sleeving them. or get some Techflex, make them bling bling

what kind WBT plug are you talking about? the bullet type and fully silver made?

there are tonnes of silver cables outside. some are fake and some are genuine, regardless of that, the AWG and silver's composition and other mixture of materials have significant effects too.
