Big quota, the speed sometimes drop until 60-70kbps and DC also consider useless ==

call your bank to get the reference number for your payment, then call umobile to complaints.

happen to me on Nov 13, take almost a month before the payment credited to my account. But i really thanks to umobile because on Dec 13 bill, I get some huge discount.

a few minutes ago my 11 years old son come to me to borrow my celcom 4G line because they say umobile to slow, can't load any game on hp.

Sending 'DATA' to 28118 to check quota will deduct rm0.05?
Been experience the deduction since this month when i am subscribe to mb68.

Only using *118*2*3# won't deduct or using umobile default firmware in computer can check with a button

Hello guys. Im new with UMobile. Because it is new here in Sabah

Want to ask, im on prepaid. UMI28 plan
The bundled 1Gb data has finished so i bought a 'Booster Pack' of 1Gb and 3 days for RM10

But what happen if i didnt use all the quota?

After 3days does it just... goes back to Zero?
