Normally if failed, they'll send sms... So quickly check ur balance enough or not...

Currently is happy with Umobile Broadband service. Really hope that the quality won't be declined after more and more people sign up on Umobile.
P1 disappointed me...and I hope Umobile won't.
I completely don't trust anything that has "Wimax" nowadays.

1 more question...
When i type *128# to check balance, error msg "service not available STG5" always appeared But at the same time i use uM android app, can check balance pulak...
Both use different routing ? What no uM android app dial to get the balance inquiry ?

hi~ i'm a postpaid user of u mobile broadband~ i've got no problem with the service up till now~ the services superb although i do not like the 3 days data top up~ =.="
however, due to unforseen circumstances, i have to cancel my subscription~ do i need to attend centre for the termination or a phone call to the customer service will just do?

Thanks~ center, thru phone call u only can SUSPEND it, but the bill still charging 1. don't believe those normal umobile dealer that can help u to cancel for free, since they also need to go to center to help u to cancel, and for sure they should charge u
