Hi guys.. im using a Lg old model 49inch smart t.v.
Can recommend some decent soundbar for me.. my budget is only 1.5k below.

I tried a few 2.1 model but seems doing more worst than my current mini hi-fi

I want it mainly for movies, music not really.

I been eyeing with below 3, but not sure about the sound haven't got chance to try it:

Samsung Soundbar with wireless Sub HW-K551
Yamaha YAS-105 Bluetooth Dobly Audio Air Surround Xtreme 7.1CH Soundbar (without woofer, im not sure how would it sound when movie time)
LG SH7 360W 4.1ch Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer

With the limited budget, I think LG is fine.
If you get more budget please go for Yamaha soundbar with subwoofer.

For sure the bass will not be sufficient if there is no subwoofer for any soundbar.

Sound bar sound very similar.
One simple rules is looking for more powerful one. You can fill the room if it's more powerful.
Another one is to compare the size of the subwoofer and the bar.
The bigger is better, it's science, bigger bar you have better mid range, bigger sub you have deeper bass.

Of course that the sound quality aspect.

But when getting soundbar, the look is very important also.
