Have you bought your soundbar? I'm also looking at the SP8A. From the online reviews seems that it's quite worth the price at below 1.5k. Not sure if there are any better options at this price range?

Toying between Samsung Q800C vs LG S90QY, LG is cheaper by a couple of hundred ringgits. Anyone here got experience with both of this?

Thanks for the replies. Yes I have read through the rtings.com comparison but would like to hear the opinions from the actual users as well

BTW went to HN to try out the speakers, in general they feel good on movies but in term of music it's only average. Then the sales poison me with the JBL Bar 800 which I found that it's much better than both the Q800C and S90QY. But since I don't need the rear speakers, not sure if JBL Bar 500 will also be a good option?

Else I'm also considering Sony G700 on the lower end. Haven't got a chance to hear this yet, but they have the demo S400 which I feel is quite good at below 1k budget. So I guess the G700 will be better than S400?
