QUOTE(TongCN @ Oct 2 2020, 07:38 AM) Man, after bought Q950T, I’m really quite headache about it. did you follow the start up sequence? Been almost a week already but issue keeps happening. Right now the only issue is the disconnection of the Subwoofer whenever i turn on my sound bar from standby. Whenever i turn off (standby) my TV after one movie, the sound bar will turn off (standby), then subwoofer and rear goes into standby mode as well with RED LED behind showing. Then next time when i turn on the TV > Soundbar turn on (finally solved) > Sub and rear back will turns blue HOWEVER, there will be no sound from Sub and rear when i play a movie with 5.1 for example. * I don’t have 7.1 or atmos device as of right now btw. The LED of sub and rear is solid blue but it just doesnt produce sound. Then i check with the pairing button of the 3 devices and only sub cannot do the pairing (meaning i hold for 5 seconds but it wont goes standby > blinking) The 2 rears can blinking and ID set but again, no sound. The whole mess will be connected once i unplug the power plug of the subwoofer and reconnect it. THEN the whole system will be connected and sound produced as normal. Hence, the issue is the subwoofer connection - i also checked samsung forum and this happen since Q90R series actually and not even solved until now. Right now my solution is to disconnect the Subwoofer from powering up =.= Anyone facing this issue? I saw some comments actually pin point to the 5GHz of WiFi router channel that mess up the frequency of the subwoofer. i have my q950t for over a month now. no problem so far |
