Has Soundbars Improved to Usable Levels?

I saw Samsung HW-K350 now on sale in Lazada, <RM350.
Is it a good buy? My TV speakers are very unsatisfactory but I live in an apartment and with kids. Not sure I can blast the sound much or often at all. Should I buy? |
