Hi to all the sifus here, wanted to ask does anybody heard of this new soundbar PRISM+ soundbar symphony? Claimed very powerful but not sure exactly the product and sound quality.

Would appreciate if there is anyone can share the review or experience using it. Thank you!

I gonna agreed with you. Any thoughts on the following:

1. Yamaha YAS-209
2. Edifier B700
3. Sony HT-X8500
4. Samsung Q600B

I've done a bit of googling, seems those are on the similar price range but am really confused at the same time,
can't really decide which one is better.

Any thoughts?

Alright guys. I've narrowed it down to 2 choices, hope all the experts here can share their inputs here:

1. Sony G700
2. Edifier B700

I chose those two because my TV has eARC. Initially plan to get a real 5.1 system but those didn't support eARC within my budget. So I thought might as well fully utilise my TV sound system.

Both of them share the similar price range too.

Thanks mate for the reply. I will not proceed to purchase this model then. Planning to get samsung Q990 or 930b since they have pretty good reviews with affordable price around 3k+. Heard rumor the newer C version is coming up soon too.

Yeah man. Is super hard to find the right speaker stands for those Q990b rear speakers.

Initially I plan to get the stands from lazada too, but saw one of the reviews mentioned it is not the right height, so
i am still searching for the right stand bro.

another alternative is those speaker stands selling on shopee (but those you can't fix it at the back)

the 5 is just referring to the numbers of speakers they have la. for me is more like a 3.1, 3 front firing squeeze into the soundbar, then another 2 rear speakers at the back. For those claim compatible with dolby atmos or dts X like 5.1.2, the two are referring to the up firing channels, which supposedly create the over the top sound effect, in order to re-create the sound bubble, as they claimed.

so with affordable pricing, one can still enjoy the "near-theater" exp at home. If money is not an issue, of course the high end AVR setup will be the best

the L R separation in a soundbar i think cannot beat the "real" left and right speaker set up of course
