Those problems have nothing to do with the CPU.
It's the game bugging out on you, have it on my system as well.....

I unlocked all Recon stuff already.. now focusing on Sniper Rifle unlocks biggrin.gif
EDIT: 13-0 with bolt action sniper rifle in Domination Hainan Resort brows.gif brows.gif
