Anyone experience issue for Skype Push Notification?

I installed Skype n sign in but after browse to other app or back to home screen, the Skype like off or frozen at background. Didnt show any notification when there are messages.

Something weird is happening to my handset. Apparently, when I'm in camera mode (whether it's Nokia camera or built in app), the real time visual appears to be fuzzy but when the pic is snapped, it's clear. Is anyone else having similar issue?

I had the same thing when I set the ISO too low but on 808.

Please don't mind the vertical video, it's only 10 secs but if you look closely, you can find a lot of noise generated upon capture to the point that it's rather unacceptable. This video was captured using the built-in camera app. Is my camera lens defective?

Also, my unit actually came with a chipped glass. It's not too obvious, it wasn't, until my gf played with it and found out

Now trying to contact storekini to see if they can do something about it.

Every Lumia 1520 got chipped at bottom of screen (near USB port)....
That chipped area is for some purpose lah ...

Anyway, do check out the video posted. I personally find that it generates way too much noise though. Dial to 720p and go full screen.
