Can I use it in my android TV Box? Is there an app for it? My purpose is to watch drama

Cause i have an issue here, some time when view certain movie / drama on china site
it will say my IP is banned cause its only for china mainland to view.

So my question is, by having this Xunlei Account,
and am i able to view all the drama / movie within their Xunlei Mobile app without any limit?
or no different just the download speed will increase only?
