guyz, do you have problems such as your phone flickering on and off rapidly when you surf the web using chrome? haven't tried other browser yet though

guyz, do you have any issues on charging? i notice lately that my original charger that comes with the s4 only charge up to 1.2A, previously suppose to be 1.9A if im not mistaken
