Why i din receive any update about 4.3 either OTA or KIES? mine is LTE version i9505. Anyone can help?

hey guys, my s4 i9505 battery drain vy fast (100% -> 50% takes only few hours of normal usage). running on android 4.3. anyone has the same issue?
