After updating to 4.3... my gallery acts really weird... keep jumping to the top several times.... and also freezes A LOT!

i tried building tumbnail cache... same thing happens... i even clean the gallery cache to rebuild again... same shit...
Could it be possible when I was in UK for 2 weeks, i updated to the UK firmware instead of SEA one? |

can someone take a screenshot of the about device page for me?
Since i've update my device in Europe... its seems very laggy even after restoring to factory and reinstall all my app, i just wanna see if i've installed the wrong firmware or something... |
