situation : (I9500 - unroot)

1. factory reset before update 4.3
2. factory reset after update 4.3.

My question : Is there 600++mb update raw data file still keep on my s4? or that 600++mb spread/disappear & replace the old file on my s4?

Anyone knows what is the use of *#0228#? I have tried search online but can't really get the real answer. Some said press the quick start can re-calibrate battery.
