i used to flash stock JB4.3 before, then flash CM rom, then flash back JB4.3, my KNOX is still 0x0

and no, so far there is no way to get it back to 0x0 .
however, other countries' SC does not care whether you have triggered KNOX or not, you can still claim your warranty.
