• Babyhouz.com provides an optional 1 year LOCAL WARRANTY in Malaysia for our breast pumps only for the motor pump
• U.S warranty is considered NO WARRANTY in Malaysia because our U.S suppliers don't deal with breast pumps which are exported outside of United States. However you can send the pump to Babyhouz.com for any repairs / replacements at your own expenses.
• Local warranty is warranty which can be claimed locally in Malaysia with babyhouz.com only, not with any other Philips AVENT agents in Malaysia. To claim your warranty, contact us and arrange for an appointment with us to send us your breast pump at our office and we'll handle the claim for you without any additional charge during the warranty period. Please present your purchase receipt during the warranty claim.
• You may buy this breast pump much earlier than your due date because the warranty period only starts from the day your baby is born! Just present to us your baby's IC or birth certificate, together with your receipt upon claiming for warranty. If you buy this item after your baby is delivered, the IC / birth certificate is not required since the warranty starts on the day you buy the item
• Warranty claiming process for motor pump (1 year warranty) normally takes about 1-4 working days.
• Please take note that the warranty only covers manufacturer's defect. Any defects caused by negligence or mishandling of customers then the warranty is void
• We provide AFTER SALES SERVICE. If you buy the one without a local warranty and you need to repair / replace new parts, we can handle for you at your own expenses. We also provide AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE for those who purchased the one with local warranty. After your local warranty period ends, you may send your pump to babyhouz.com for any repairs / replacements at your own expenses
