You should ask urself,do u like the working enviroment? How's ur colleagues n are they willing to teach u?

I didnt hop last time when I had a better offer (After just 1 week working in my current company) bcoz I could see my seniors as well as my director were trying their best to guide me in my very first week..and prepare everything like new pc...business cards and blah blah..if I cabut then I really a heartless guy
