Weight out the pros and cons if you leave your current job for new one. Make sure it is a good one because there's no point of leaving if there insignificant difference between those two jobs.Thanks.

they might pay or might not pay you. Depends how lenient are they. The penalty will be based on what it is written in the contract. And again, it depends how lenient they are on these matter too.
