Q: Why is refund/exchange not possible ? Because you're claiming refund/exchange on the basis of the quality does not meet your expectation

Q: What entitles for refund/exchange ?
Terms & Condition:
1. All items are 100% Brand new & Original from Manufacturer.
2. Items sold are not refundable.
3. Not responsible for any lost/defects/damage during sending to your place, but we will pack nicely and ensure the quality of product before send out.
4. Please make a print screen/ keep receipt for each transaction/banking that has been made, will not refund $ if no proof shown.
5. Warranty purpose only claim against manufacture defects, otherwise / caused by buyer will not perform warranty claiming.
6. Not responsible for any lost/defects/damage during transit of the item to delivery location, but we will pack it with bubble wrap and ensure the quality of product before send out.

We do perform warranty claim and compensation, for manufacturing defect and even damaged goods upon receiving. But not on the basis of the quality unable to satisfy customer.


Due to the late reply, we believe Spigen's brand & our reputation has been affected quite. Nonetheless, thank you for your time of writing such detailed review. Yet regret for the loss of a potential customer in future.

If it is easily scratch, such feedback shall be referred to manufacturer as a feedback for their quality improvement purpose. Defect claim ? Yes, we as a seller will deal with them.

" Buy already, no service ? " Please don't look at this easily at your own perspective.

" Clearly state by us asking you to deal with ? " When you say it gets scratch so easily, we said your complaint should be referred to manufacturer because improving product takes the communication effort between consumer and manufacturer

" You instead can deal with them but you never plan to doing so ? " Clearly and rationally stated in Terms & Condition of product claim (whether supplier or seller side) in regard to Warranty are when the defect is NOT caused by user. It should be at fault of manufacturer, then only can claim. For your case, clearly and in fact you even said yourself that you scratched it, isn't it obvious of the result for the claim ?

Great seller ? If your definition of a great seller include accepting claim due to buyer/user negligence, sorry to say our stand point is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions and i doubt any other seller would accept your claim as well.

Who's the one turning around now ? You said you scratched on your own, then today you said it is a defect by default. Then now speaking about ethics, do you demonstrate a good ethical buyer ?

In your first PM while asking us to ship before your payment, you said you won't spoil your reputation for such a little RM 130+, don't you think it is a bit dilemma with what you're debating here ? (No offense here, because we totally understand the reason why you ask us to ship first. And appreciate your toleration by allowing us to have the payment first. )

Honestly if it is a manufacturing defect, you would have ended up as another happy customer.

But because you scratched the piece and you outrage your anger by badmouthing in the forum, do you yourself demonstrate an ethical buyer ?
You could've continue debating in PM instead of posting here and your usual hang out thread. Did you ? Nope, you came right to abuse the review ability.



At the end of the day, You've succeed in causing reputation damage for both party, but of course, we lost while you're at the winning side

Again, we've done manufacturing claim, but none of it consist of scratch caused by buyer after purchase as this product does not give a guarantee that it is scratch-proof.

Indeed, buyer should beware, as we do not allow refund/exchange due to buyer/user negligence as per our Terms & Conditions.

Furthermore out of everything, you're suspecting that we swap the product ? Come on, knowing you're one of our customer's forum buddy, we will never do that and that's not even possible.


Further argument/debate would appreciate if you can come back via PM, don't seem appropriate to see so many big images here.

" Please understand the very very initial reason as to why we reject your request is based on your very very first PM that insist us to refund/exchange due to you scratch it by yourself + you cannot accept the quality for such easily scratch.

Did you said you're being suspecious and claiming that it could be a defect ? Clearly don't have, please confirm your PM. Even on your same day posting in Note 3 thread you're not claiming it is a defect to your buddy, you're claiming merely because it scratch easily. Then comes all your posts here spinning it is a defect and your unit did not seal properly

It takes up some discussion from Spigen's officer with us when it comes to a claim, but in your case like we said you've already said you scratched it initially at the PM and just like we trust our buyers, we will not fail our trust from the supplier as well.




At the end of the conclusion, we hope you would acknowledge that:
Is our products genuine ? Yes, it is definitely genuine and no one can doubt it

Why is your unit seem like easy to open despite of the seal ? It may be caused by courier from the impact/friction in the compile bag when they deliver during the transit to your place or even to our place and their seal is just at the side - one only, not at the entire opening of the box

Did your forum buddy recommend you wrongly ? No, because he has been our long time loyal customer and exhibit extremely well self-quality and knowledge in Glas screen protector.

Is your unit defective ? Nope, because from your first post in PM until your last conversation in Note 3 thread clearly stated you have scratched it after you applied it
