Purchase the Spigen Glas.tR Slim 9H yesterday, item arrived on time but I don't find the quality on it and seller refuse on refund.

Here is my experience:
  • At first I apply wrong due to my mistake, it won't stick, I not sure what to do and PM the seller, during send out the PM I just notice I had actually apply it wrongly.
  • So I just take up and stick back the front plastic paper as I know it need to stick back so I can apply correctly later.
  • This time I correctly peel off the back plastic to stick on the screen. It is sticking perfectly and easier.
  • I then peel of the front plastic where I re-stick back previously.
  • I wipe with clothes provide by Spigen and later I notice there is a scratch line on it.
  • What kind of 9H is this? How could it be that easier get scratch by clothes wiping?
It is ridiculous in not acceptable level. RM 130+ for such quality Glass SP? What the point I paid that amount? It is easier scratch than normal plastic screen protector.

During authentic at http://original.spigen.com/ do show Genuine but I notice the box is easier to peel off.
I never check proper whether the seal has been peel before or not when opening it. I write this as I not believe Spigen quality is that bad.

If it is means SPIGEN 9H is truly gimmick! It is not as great as you though.

I do wrong apply, but this not suppose do any bad impact on it where I get scratch later.

That is true, but I am extreme not satisfied with it, it scratch in the next minutes I apply it.

That why I feel possible the item I get is a defect item or suspicious.

I truly hope mstore1 can do something on it. Such thing mstore1 can claim back but no by myself as I didn't buy it directly.

I post after 20 mins as I seen your status is online but no respond. I apologize if I post it up in too short timing where you haven't notice the message yet.

As for the scratching part, I did nothing on it beside wipe and the first reverse apply. I still believe on Spigen quality. I guess it just unlucky for both of us the initial copy probably already scratch by first place but I didn't notice it first and I though possible I scratch it.

If you both think reverse can scratch it, you both can try it and see it get scratch or not.

Don't be shitty because you never get a defective unit! And simply blame because don't know what actual happen.

Previous set I get don't even have Spigen original sticker like replacement one. The original sticker is exist on all Spigen product I bought. I never mention this as I feel no need, but now I need due to users simply point and shoot. The sticker is not there possible that set is defective set but leak out to market or whatever possibility.
