Honestly if it is a manufacturing defect, you would have ended up as another happy customer.

Again, we've done manufacturing claim, but none of it consist of scratch caused by buyer after purchase as this product does not give a guarantee that it is scratch-proof.

Indeed, buyer should beware, as we do not allow refund/exchange due to buyer/user negligence as per our Terms & Conditions.

Furthermore out of everything, you're suspecting that we swap the product ? Come on, knowing you're one of our customer's forum buddy, we will never do that and that's not even possible.

That why I feel possible the item I get is a defect item or suspicious.

I truly hope mstore1 can do something on it. Such thing mstore1 can claim back but no by myself as I didn't buy it directly.

Did you said you're being suspecious and claiming that it could be a defect ? Clearly don't have, please confirm your PM. Even on your same day posting in Note 3 thread you're not claiming it is a defect to your buddy, you're claiming merely because it scratch easily. Then comes all your posts here spinning it is a defect and your unit did not seal properly

It takes up some discussion from Spigen's officer with us when it comes to a claim, but in your case like we said you've already said you scratched it initially at the PM and just like we trust our buyers, we will not fail our trust from the supplier as well.




At the end of the conclusion, we hope you would acknowledge that:

Is our products genuine ? Yes, it is definitely genuine and no one can doubt it

Why is your unit seem like easy to open despite of the seal ? It may be caused by courier from the impact/friction in the compile bag when they deliver during the transit to your place or even to our place and their seal is just at the side - one only, not at the entire opening of the box

Did your forum buddy recommend you wrongly ? No, because he has been our long time loyal customer and exhibit extremely well self-quality and knowledge in Glas screen protector.

Is your unit defective ? Nope, because from your first post in PM until your last conversation in Note 3 thread clearly stated you have scratched it after you applied it

I post after 20 mins as I seen your status is online but no respond. I apologize if I post it up in too short timing where you haven't notice the message yet.

As for the scratching part, I did nothing on it beside wipe and the first reverse apply. I still believe on Spigen quality. I guess it just unlucky for both of us the initial copy probably already scratch by first place but I didn't notice it first and I though possible I scratch it.
