I wanna know what software that can be compressed videos into smaller size and quality still same like original videos.

i would suggest u convert to rmvb format.

smaller size nothing got to do with rmvb container, its the codec itself and the encoder skills to shrink the filesize yet good quality. In that case, h264 rules by a mile
