Good evening everyone, just completed the first walk through of the game by beating the E4 and went to the Friend Safari city, any idea what I should do next?

Was planning to complete the Pokedex, waiting for the Poke Transporter to be fully launched by Nintendo, so far I've observe everyone is having competitive play among with each other, would like to join but kinda still new to online/friendly match
