So I managed to get my female Riolu to max happiness (using Soothe Bell + Cycle around Luminose City, similar to how a person hatch eggs lol). I tried leveling her up, only to realize that she only evolves in the morning

I have a male Blaziken (Field egg group, same as Lucario) that has 5IVs, so I'll be transferring the IVs I needed to Riolu. Also, I think for my Lucario, I need Inner Focus (the female one I have right now is Inner focus) cuz Justified only helps if your Lucario is a physical one, and I'm going for a special Lucario (my Sand Storm team lack a special sweeper). |
