u can put a magikarp as lead to let it transform into it. it will become same catching rate as magikarp after that. put a smoke ball with it so u can also run away freely from others.
turn 1 use quick ball is a good way too. |

theoretically u can do so, but if might be a little hard and tedious to do so. I've tried it in HGSS so it is possible. You also have to start with offering unwanted mons so that u can trade the one you really want to trade/transfer wont be taken by others.
Alternatively, u can use pokebank to do so once it is opened. It has 1 month free period then u have to pay for it if you still want to use it later. |
