Hi , lowyat forumer , i have a question , i started workout months ago using dumbbell exercise , jogging ...
and these few days i feel like eat more than usual . is it normal?

It is very normal. The more you move , the more you consume . Just like Cars, It consume more fuel when It goes more distance.
