here's how i will do it:
series of photo must be connected from the 1st pic till the last by applying these few tricks:
1. take care of your horizon line, always neat to have a series of photo with specific preset horizon line framing
2. from one sight to another, imagine if u are someone who has yet to been there before, what type of scenery shots you would like them to see first and then follow by what? sort of like appetizer, main course, dessert concept if you can get what i mean.
3. take good care of the balance of the content in the photo, if the series is meant to have rich content, keep it either really rich or plain simple once a while, that can gives the very special "kick" or "oomph!"

hope you can take the good and leave those you dislike, just my opinion anyway.

P.S. your night club series is well connected.

Interesting pics,

But one thing i have to criticize is, to make sure the horizon is straight. I personally feel that a crooked horizon spoils a picture.

Unless the "crooked-ness" is done on purpose, i believe that the horizon should always be straight.

On another note, it looks like a nice place, heard a lot about lake toba, might make my way down there one fine day.

There is limitation on lens choice for traveling.I only use 24-70 F/2.8 for the entire vacation smile.gif
Lately I only use 35mm F/1.4 for travel.
