Been to th today,sales quite encouraging, a lot of Chinese family

I think developer might plan to give freebies initially after looking at not so encouraging sales during preview,but since the respond is good during the official launch then they take bk their words since nothing about freebies is written in the booking form.

The entrance is a wow factor too but still not comparable to southville with all the imported plants &lake

One more thing,i think the store room under the stair case is too big making the living room looks small,seldom see this kind of design
