bro, i had booked a unit and in the midst of applying bank loan too.
for the maintenance fees, i checked from SA, it is not confirm yet, might be around RM170 and it is free for the first 3 years.
for the show unit he said he will call us for viewing once ready, should be available 3-4 weeks later.
and yes, lets hope they can deliver the quality product as before. cheers! cheers.gif

meet SA during last weekend and managed to capture this:

1 new row opened for booking - the 3rd last;

1st & 2nd rows - double story are fully booked;
3rd & 4th rows - triple story, 11 units has been booked;
the last 3 rows - double story, 17 units has been booked;

finished reporting.

Finally got the call from developer's lawyer firm for snp signing. biggrin.gif

just signed the SNP at sales office this morning. blush.gif

manage to capture this while the SA still busy stick/unstick those loan rejected units:
(note: this might not be the latest one because my SA told me still left 4-5 units corner lot and they are calling the waiting list buyers)
