Oh sorry boss. I read the #1393 incorrectly.

Its good that all buyers signed upon buying from developer to apply the local council approval to set up own fencing ans guard post.

Hmm, I guess we need to wait and see what is the level of those univiersity first unless it has the range of the likes of Sunway Uni, Taylors Uni, Metropolitan or Inti College University as well as what are the selling price for future TH apartment.

I reckon the selling price for TH apartment would not be too cheap else, not many middle range university students are able to afford.

Rainman gor, no worry lar. TH landed will surely do well and not affected by the apartments or university.

For me, I dont like the range of TH class to be affected by population of university students. Apartments maybe another story.

It would be highly affected the sales then and foresee the purchasers might see off the plan.

I think the discount for Southbank is higher than 5%.

Believe the GST cost already being factor in the price for any launches of 2014 bcz the construction takes 2-3 years and some highrise 4 years.

This is true.

For existing township, I like DPC the most. But I am from Subang, my frens and relatives all here or nearby.

I wish I could have something strata title and similar like DPC or EM or Tropicana Heights around Subang, but just dont have.
