some banks very strict.  My coliq applied to Public Bank, only offer MOF of 85% despite he is already existing Public Bank customer. So prudent, how to do biz. Lucky he applied to other Banks, all offer MOF of 90%

Hi Gurus please check the attachment below;as i would like to clarify the following fee below. I would like to know how much the maximum discount can i request from the lawyer for bank legal fee. As i can see in the fee structure below attached, there is a discount given which  is less [/B]$2257.60. I have read this thread and few of them mention getting 50% discount. Kindly let me know how much more to ask or any other better lawyer contact for best price. I do understand the 50% discount will be given for only the legal fee and not the disbursement.kindly advise.
