I PREFER THIS TYPE OF CONSEAL HEATER..

my understanding is:
exposed water heater : it is install on the wall of bathroom..
conceal water heater : it is install (normally) on top of ceiling.. just that the piping is conceal inside the wall of bathroom.. (look nicer & classy) we paid for premium price.. they should have give us conceal type..

the fixing.. should be same.. just locate where the water heater is install.. normally conceal type is on top of ceiling..
the different is just that one is install on the wall of bathroom another is hidden at the ceiling..

should be like that.. if im not wrong..

but of course.. it is depend on individual preferences..

working as an ID.. wall mounted water heater.. is too ugly for me.. (no harm.. just personal opinion)

emm.. i will ask my sa.. to reconfirm this and get back to you.. but at first they told me is the one like showroom.

Every dev has it own pros n cons.. it is up to the buyer to judge and decide to buy or not.. why care so much when u r not buying.. even if it is a loss in future.. that is nothing to do with u.. it is the buyer money.. First Day: Serious traffic jam.. from morning till late night..

If you are going this weekend.. go early morning. they open at 9am.. or else.. you will stuck in the traffic jam and no parking too..
