weigh your chicken. usually protein is about 20% from total weight ie if chicken breast is 100g, protein is around 15-20g

For the picture above, when I consume the whole thing, should I say that I ate one chicken breast, or 2 pieces of chicken breast?

should be half of that for 1 piece or serving because the picture show whole breast part of one chicken.
