i rather go for AMAYA CONDO, just opposite velocity next to JUSCO. distance to Maluri MRT less than 100m with Circle line at Maluri interchange as well..920sf for RM700k now..dam cheap..only concern is leasehold...vs velocity freehold...

yeah..lot of older freehold apt around with cheaper price, but are they the same distance to Maluri MRT station..the nearest alamanda even this the MRT distance is further and leasehold as well as surrounded by prewar hse and low cost flat beiside..

which condo is freehold there and same distance to MRT maluri ? i m interested to find out..not considering the Miharja apartment, that is different standard at all..

wonder which part of PJ have or going to have 2 MRT station ? International financial district TRX within 2-3km? HSR to SG in 5km vicinity ? all this are within and near to Maluri area...
Would like to seek your advice on PJ investment opportunity with appreciation in price which may be faster than here..
